Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. While we strive to get your items out the door quickly, occasional delays may occur due to external factors. Typically, you can expect delivery within 4–7 business days. If any product requires additional time, details will be clearly noted on the product page.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If there's visible damage to the package or item, make a note when signing for it. If you suspect damage but can’t inspect at the time, write “possible damage” on the receipt. Should your item be damaged, email us at support@lovelivingoutdoors.com with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or compensation.

Do you charge sales tax?
We’re based in Colorado and only collect sales tax for orders shipped within the state. If your order is shipped outside Colorado, no sales tax will be applied—helping you save more.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
