What if my order arrives damaged?
We recommend inspecting your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging—even the outer box—please make a note of it when signing for receipt. If you’re unable to inspect the item at that moment but have concerns, write “possible damage” on the delivery slip.
