1. Return Window
You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

2. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If you're returning an item because you've had a change of heart, return shipping will be your responsibility.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products
Received something that’s broken or doesn’t work as expected? Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll arrange a return at no cost to you. Once we inspect the item and confirm the issue, we’ll either replace the product or issue a full refund—including the original shipping charges.

4. Returns for Unwanted Items
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll refund the item’s purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.

5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we’ll notify you via email. A refund will then be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note: some banks may take a few extra days to reflect the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@lovelivingoutdoors.com.


Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. This will depend on the item and reason for return, and we’ll inform you in advance if applicable.
